A low to medium gain, transparent overdrive with flexible EQ, the LOW GEAR provides muscle and sustain at cleaner settings and glassy, blackface deluxe-like crunch at extreme ones.  It can be used as a clean boost, a stackable dirt stage or a baseline crunch.
